Windows 7 stuck on “Checking For Updates”

If the number of updates is large, install small chunks step by step. For example, there are 100 updates, install 10 updates 10 times.

The following updates are installed, Windows 7 on Virtualbox stuck on "Checking for updates".

KB3087039
KB3109094
KB3145739
So I installed updates without them, and then installed them.
